How it works

01

An individualized curriculum

A season plan built around your strengths. Not a template.

02

Virtual meetings + async editing

Weekly live sessions plus asynchronous edits in between.

03

Parent updates

A weekly read from your coach. No transcripts, no surveillance.

04

Start to submission

Your coach stays with you from the first draft to the day you hit submit.

Shape your application to compete at every top school.

Other counselors look at what kinds of essays students wrote in the past and guess at what might work in the future. We know what works; that’s why all of us have gotten into multiple of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Stanford.

“We don’t pick one school to win.
We shape the studentso every top school reads them as a fit.”

One coach, a full season.

No hourly rates. Packages scoped to the work, from a single essay to the whole season.

College questions

When should we start?
Ideally the summer before senior year — but we work with juniors on positioning and with rising seniors mid-cycle. Earlier is better, and it’s rarely too late to start.
Do you cover supplements and the UC PIQs?
Yes — the Common App personal statement, every supplemental essay, and the University of California personal insight questions. The supplements are often where an application is won or lost.
Do you write the essay for my kid?
Never. We coach your student to write something only they could write. Admissions officers can tell when an essay isn’t a student’s own — and so can we.
How many schools do you help with?
As many as your student is applying to. The package scopes to the full list, not a per-essay count.
What about activities lists and recommendations?
We help shape the activities list and advise on who to ask for recommendations and how — though the letters themselves come from your student’s teachers.
